柴晶霞，北京理工大學(xué)應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)博士，延安大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理學(xué)院副教授，碩士研究生導(dǎo)師，研究方向為宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)與可持續(xù)發(fā)展。主持包括陜西省科技廳軟科學(xué)研究項目、陜西省社會科學(xué)基金年度項目、陜西省哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)重大理論與現(xiàn)實問題研究項目在內(nèi)的省級項目5項。參與研究國家社科基金重大項目、國家自然科學(xué)基金國際合作（中德）項目、國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目、國家自然科學(xué)基金青年項目、北京市社會科學(xué)基金研究基地重點項目及陜西省科技廳、陜西省社會科學(xué)規(guī)劃項目等國家級和省部級項目多項。迄今為止在Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Business Strategy and the Environment, Economics of Innovation and New Technology, Socio-Economic Planning Sciences, Energy policy等國內(nèi)外重要期刊上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文20余篇，其中3篇文章入選ESI高被引/熱點論文，出版學(xué)術(shù)專著2部（獨(dú)著1部）。現(xiàn)為中國“雙法”研究會能源經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理研究分會委員，擔(dān)任國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊Energy Economics, Emerging Markets Finance and Trade, Journal of Environmental Planning and Management, Economic Analysis and Policy, Innovation and Green Development等多份知名學(xué)術(shù)期刊匿名評審專家。
